9-15

We made red apples using red chenille, poms and tissue paper.

We worked puzzles.

We used crayons to color the #2 and 2 butterflies.

We traced an octagon.

Friends at play.

These apples are hanging on the tree in our room.

We are learning this song. We sing it when we look for red objects in our room.

The children sorted red and blue bears.

God made me. The class used crayons to draw a picture of themselves.

"Mommy and Daddy" working in the housekeeping center.

Look how we worked together to create a large block structure.

Enjoying a book of our choice.

Today, I read a story to each child. They got to choose the book.

This book was read to the entire class.

This book was a hit with the children.

It's a finger puppet dog.

A great day for playing outside.

WHAT'S in the TABLE? Blue and red paper strips are now in the sensory table. The PDO friends are learning to tear paper.

Our red painting artwork is displayed in the hall. Check it out.

This is our month for the lobby display. The class used tempera paint and "apples" made from sponges to create this art. Yes, I helped them with the first stamp. Then they stamped as I rotated the paper.

Red finger paint was enjoyed by all.

We took turns reaching onto the bag and pulling out red objects. Then, we named the objects and color. This week all items are red. Next week they will be blue or red.

We danced and marched with red streamers.

Our flannel board Bible story review. The students added the pieces. As a group we named the day and the creation. Asked your child to complete the phrase... "And God said_________."
Answer "IT is GOOD!!!!"
