A Wedding Party
One day, Jesus and his helper friends, disciples, went to a wedding party. It was a happy time for everyone. There was food to eat and wine to drink. But Jesus' mother came over to him. "Something terrible has happened," she said. "They ran out of wine!" Then she looked at the servants. "Do whatever Jesus tell you," she said. There were six very big stone jars nearby. Jesus told the servants, "Fill those jars to the top. Now dip some out," said Jesus. "Give it to the people." The servant dipped out the water. But it was not water anymore! It was wine! The people drank it. Some of them said it was the best wine at the party. They did not know it had been plain water. But the servants knew. God had given Jesus special power, because Jesus was God's Son.

Jesus turning water to wine at the wedding in Cana, tells of the first of Jesus’ miracles (not magic), and is significant because it shows how Jesus revealed his power to the people. Jesus is truly all we need.

A new toy; the circus train.
Pink play doh. We made lots of hearts.
Time to get creative with the white board and markers.
We placed 7 stickers on number seven.
We used water color paints to paint a picture of the Bible story.
Yummy, cupcakes were decorated today.
We made a design using hearts, on the magnetic board.
Sharing the doll house with a friend is lots of fun.
We painted a flamingo pink.

The children used pink paint to create a painting of their own.
