9-30
We checked out the classroom pumpkin. The children then described the pumpkin. The boys and girls played with the classroom toys. We played a game matching animals. The boys and girls colored a "Fall" picture using crayons. We used our fine motor skills to tear paper in the sensory table. The children used daubers to create a rainbow. We played outside and took a short walk around campus. The children worked puzzles. Girls and boys were able to use the magnetic and flannel boards to increase their understanding of the color red and shape of octagon. The children had an opportunity to look at books and listen to two stories. The boys and girls used the color red to paint a picture of a fire truck. Playing with red balloons were enjoyed by many PDO children.
