8-29
NO PICS TODAY!
So sorry families, I deleted the photos from the IPOD before they were fully loaded.
Today we reviewed 3 days of creation - light/darkness, sky/clouds and water/plants. We painted light/darkness and sky/clouds in our Creation booklet. We also sang our creation song:

God created, God created, light and darkness, light and darkness
That was on the 1st day, that was on the 1st day
It was good, It was good.

VS 2/day 2 - sky and clouds
VS 3/day3 - water and plants

Tune is Frere Jacques

We also enjoyed playing with:
Floam and discovering the differences between Floam/Play doh.
Wooden blocks were stacked high.
Farms, animals, etc. captivated many students.
Mrs. Howard and friends enjoyed writing a make believe story
  on the key board.
Several students enjoyed dramatic play.
Mrs. Howard had lots of children request books for her to read
  to them.
Girls and boys stamp an art project using a car stamp... it's pretty
   cool.
We watched the men work on the playground.
Boys and girls to advantage of the nice weather by riding vehicles,
chalking, swinging on the banister, running up and down the hill,
digging in the rock pit, playing in the boat, playing in the water
   table and blowing bubbles.
We matched pairs of blue objects on the flannel board.
We named objects and used our words to describe the object
as we placed it on the magnet board.

Today was a tornado drill.... yeah we passed. When the alarm sounded we lined up and walk to the other ELP room and sat on the floor and waited for the all clear signal.

Have a blessed evening.
joy
