8-28

Welcome back families, I hope everyone had a relaxing weekend.

New toys... farm sets add to our understanding of a working farm.
New puzzles.

Playing together and taking turns, AWESOME!

 Cooperative art.
Floam. We compared it to play doh and discussed it's characteristics.

Children traced a big square using a blue marker.

 Finding pairs of blue items.
 Stamping 1 blue car.

This is our first time using a dauber and the children enjoyed it. The class put a dot in each circle to form the #1.

We looked at our new classroom books.

For the 1st day of creation we painted the light. Tomorrow, we will paint the darkness using black paint.

Fun with friends on the playground.

We checked on the progress of our playground. Could be finished soon if we get a lot of parents to help out on Saturday. Check your child's folder for a flier.

One blue boat. Children named the object, the color and what it is used for.
Weather frog is dressed for a partly sunny day.
 Our Bible story.

This book talks about children and the wiggles.

Matching pairs of blue objects.
