8-27
Over the weekend I switched out the toys, take a look please.

In order to beat the heat we headed outside early today.

Here are some pics of your children enjoying the classroom toys.

For stability in the room not all toys were changed.
This will be the 1st page in each child's portfolio. A footprint to go with the school theme Go !!! For us, we want to tell everyone we know all about our Lord and Savior.

Students were allowed to express themselves creatively, using colored chalk on the easel.
Sit and spin not as easy as it looks. Much arm strength is needed.
This book was used at Jesus Time. It helped me explain church and events that happen in the sanctuary these young learners.
These books were read to the children during story time.
Boys and girls love to choose books to look at. The books are changed out weekly.
Things that are blue. Children pulled them out of a grab bag and identified the the object, color, and how to use it.
Using pipsqueak markers, the children colored this Bible story handout. It reminds them to tell other all out Jesus.
Still popular and much learning and experimenting taking place.
The children identified the picture and placed it on the magnetic board which was yet another learning experience.
 Play doh NEVER gets old.
White and blue paint makes a lighter blue color when mixed together.

8-28

Here we go.

 Almost ready for Jesus Time.

Today we enjoyed some play time in the Commons. We use this area when the weather isn't favorable for outdoor play.

Next we played in Ms. Baucom's room.
