I hope everyone had an enjoyable weekend. Thanks to everyone who supported Trivia Night on Saturday. It was lots of fun! The first 3 photos shown below were from Friday. I apologize for omitting these photos from Friday's blog. This week we will touch on Groundhog's Day. I will introduce the color, shape and number for the month. Color=pink, Shape=heart, and Number=7. The Bible story for this week is: Jesus Calls the Disciples. I explained to the class that Jesus called men from all walks of life. The children learned that Jesus calls us too. We are to tell others to follow Jesus' teachings. The children were exposed to the following. These words are: "Jesus loves you." "He died for us." Jesus wants us to be His disciples and we discussed who we could disciple.
