Zion's Parents Day Out

Friday, November 11, 2016

11-11 Thank you to all veterans,  your service is greatly appreciated.

Today we walked to the school office and work room.  In the work room we learned how to make copies, how to die-cut and how to cut paper using a paper cutter. We also found office tools in the work room that we have in our room. Our next stop was the school office where we met the secretary Mrs. Schmidt. We learned about her job, the tools and equipment she uses. We saw the mailboxes for the staff. Mrs. Schmidt gave each child a bookmark. Finally we stopped in to see the early childhood director, Mrs. Cheryl Haun. She showed us around her office and gave us a small magnifying glass. Both of these items are in your child's backpack. Blessings on your weekend. Please take time to worship.
