9-28

This is how we spent the day.

Checking out the Wednesday guys as they install the gate. These gentlemen are our school's volunteer handymen.
Modeling and sculpting with with play doh.

 Puzzles!

 Enjoying the climber.

Developing our balance as we walk the beam.

Boys and the trains. It's nice to see the children playing together.

 Apples stamping art.
We stamped blue raindrops after learning about the Great Flood in the Bible.

We are learning about tools in conjunction with the story of Noah.

We are learning about #2 so, we used water colors to paint the picture.
We matched animals.
The children tore red paper and placed it inside the octagon.

Matching objects from the story of Noah.

Playing in the room.

Using red and blue paint, we created a design of our own.
We took turns reaching in the grab bag. The children named the tool and how it is used.

 It's a bolt.

This class LOVES looking at books.
It was a great day to be outside.

We enjoyed watching the Jr. high students launch their rockets.

 Rocket launch.

 We colored tools.

We played with the arks to reinforce our Bible story.

Tearing paper in the sensory table.

Building an ark?

 Red object grab bag
 A red pen.
Story books.

We learned many things today but the most important lessons learned were: 1. God helps us do big things.  2. God is always with us and takes care of us.
