The second week in Advent.
Today, using the easel, the children painted things that are green using the easel. They made cookies using green play doh. They enjoyed playing with the toys as they interacted with each other. Our students retold the Bible story using the Nativity set. Our Bible story focused on the Journey to Bethlehem and the birth of Jesus so, the class used gray paint to paint a picture of a donkey. The boys and girls made a scribble drawing. They matched cookie cutters to a template. The class matched mittens. We sang songs and rang jingle bells. The children played outside.
