11-3

We made it through the week, even with Halloween!!!!!!!!!

Look, Take a good look at how well these children are playing together. So proud of them.
Learning how to estimate. How many scoops of lentils and how much play doh is needed. The children decided how many spoonfuls of lentil beans they wanted to place in the bucket. Then they added play doh to balance the scale.

Dauber art. This project is in the hallway. The class chose between red, yellow and orange daubers. They could use one or more colors. These trees are adorable. The children exhibited good hand eye coordination as they placed the color inside each circle.

Balloons, so much fun. The girls and boys kicked, and patted them. It was hard not to let the balloons touch the floor.
Perhaps a chef in the making.
The students were given 3 templates. The task was to add missing features. 1. Crocodile needed teeth. 2. The tree needed leaves. 3. The birthday cake needed candles. The boys and girls drew the missing features on the sheet. Fine motor skills were on dis[play today. Super Job!

Just another example of classmates working and playing together. These children are such good classmates.

Such detailed drawing. I can't always tell what they've drawn but it's easy to see that alot of thought and detail went into each drawing.

 Building with blocks.
Just amazing... most all students can recognize their name.

Scarecrow paintings will be displayed in the room next week.
Candles on the cake.

The boys and girls counted 4 Bibles, then they colored them with markers.
Letters were placed on the magnetic board to help us recognize the shape of letters A - L.
Sharing books alone or with a friend. This is a time enjoyed by many.

We are learning to make a line when we go outside to recess.

Examining gourds, learning to scoop and fill, figuring out how to use a funnel, clothes pins and tweezers. Experimenting with a magnifying glass. Of course, sharing and taking turns too.
It was a full week of learning and interacting with classmates. My staff and I are blessed to be a part of educating your child. We thank you for this opportunity.
