Monday, December 4, 2017

12-4
Light one candle for HOPE. We hope with certainty in God's promise of salvation, for us, through his son Jesus.

We started the day off with some Christmas songs.
Christmas dinner might be turkey so, we matched turkeys by color and patterns.
The ELP Zion Office is up and running. The children are exploring keyboarding, hole puncher, staplers, scissors pens, pencils, tape mail etc. They love it.

Joseph was a carpenter; we pretended to be Joseph.

An add on for the vehicles - circular race track.

Puzzles.

 New musical instruments.
Reindeer patterning card.
Took advantage of the wonderful weather. The forecast is for colder weather each day ass the week progresses so PLEASE dress for the weather...coats, MITTENS and hats. Of course we help the children BUT part of our job is to help them become self sufficient. Please make sure items are in good working order - large enough, zippers and fasteners etc. work and mittens are easier for them to put on than gloves.

Looks like we are painting a stocking and we are BUT we are painting with strawberry jello ummm smells sooo good.
Stacking a bday cake for Jesus.

Look it's a pattern Chocolate/vanilla/chocolate.

Books of the season.
Bible story for today.
That concludes our day.
God's Peace to each of you this Advent season.
