Thank you families for joining us as we celebrated and shared the story of Christmas during ELP chapel. I appreciate the planning/taking off from work that allowed you to praise God with us today. The children learn so much in school but their FAITH Life is with out question the most important learning experience. It will be used, tested, celebrated and will sustain them throughout their lives. I am so glad many of you were able to be a part of it.
Here is a little insight into the rest of their day.
Chapel devotion.
Folder games.
This is a "special envelope" to be opened on Christmas Eve/Christmas Day. Don't forget.

Polly Parrot visited the classroom today. She helped the children retell the Bible story.
Polly brought this poster with her. The girls and boys knew it was a special party, a birthday party.
Another cool but cloudy day.
Here are the books that were read to the class today.
WOW! This looks like a 1st grade line. But NO it's our ELP line. Quite honestly it's looked this good since day 1.
Oh, the fun they had on the playground.
Exploring the Nativity set. Some children retold the Christmas Story.
Not only do these magnetic blocks stick together, they also stick to the magnetic board.
