Even though this is certainly a digital world we live in, a good book in our hands is priceless.
Gross motor skills develop coordination, keeps us physically fit and gets our body and mind ready for quieter activities.

The class is strengthening muscles of the hand and fingers by threading heart shaped pony beads on a pipe cleaner.

Today the class colored a picture relating to the Bible story, Jesus Loves the Children and he loves us too.

Two versions of the Bible story was shared with the boys and girls.
It was a Commons recess today since our playground was muddy.

Heart Art. The students put paint, marbles and a paper heart it the box. They moved the box back and forth allowing the marbles to roll over the paper.

Bean bag heart toss is a fun way to work on hand - eye coordination.
Jesus songs, the Bible story, Valentine songs and Jim Gill music was available for the children to view.
