Our numbers were smaller again today. We had a couple of children absent due to illness. Thank you families for keeping your child home when they are sick. It has been tough since mid November with various illnesses going around. We are sanitizing the room top to bottom each day but of course the germs are still spread during the day as the children interact and play together ( sneezing, coughing etc). If your child is sick please keep them home. I know that is hard to do but, that way less days off from work will occur. Otherwise, the germs just keep being passed from child to child. Remember a child must be fever free for 24hrs. without any fever reducing medication. Just because a child is fever free doesn't mean they should be at school. Please evaluate your child and determine if they are able to participate - function, in a full day of school.
