We experienced several new things things today, as we continued our celebration, Week of the Young Child from last week, due to inclement weather. The children had an opportunity to: chalk on the sidewalk (wet/dry pavement), create a group mural and work with clay.

Numerals on the boards. They are getting so good at recognizing numbers 1-10. Some are doing a good job with understanding amounts too.

Patience was demonstrated as the children waited for the sand to filter through the hour glass.
Markers were used to color the Bible story booklet.
Shaving cream experience and colored chalk (spray bottle).
Paper cutting...they love to cut.
Video of the Lost Coin.
Jesus will greet us in heaven.
Books for our enjoyment.
Sidewalk art.
Blessed with a super day for recess.
Waiting for bubbles to appear.
1st time experience for most working with clay.
