Learn a lot Thursday and that's exactly what we did!!!!!!!
This week we are celebrating the birthday of Dr. Seuss. Some of his books will be read at Story Time. Coloring sheets will be available and 2 crafts will be made. The March Take Home activity will be sent home Wed.-Fri. and will be a Seuss activity. Perhaps as a family you could read some of his books to your child and even watch a video or 2.
Today, the children experienced: Art at the easel, Painted a chick yellow, Wedding Dress-Up was offered reminding them of the Bible story last week, !st miracle-Wedding at Cana, Trains, Bible story painting sheet - Jairus Daughter, Number cube recognition, Block stacking, Large motor development in the Commons ( balls, hula hoops and scooters), and on the playground, Video-on Bible story, Circle Time-colors and shapes, Story Time, Books of the day read to the class:Wacky Wednesday, The Tooth Book and Find My Baby, Toys (kitchen, farms and puppets), March Books in the class library, Stamping #8/8rectangles, Block color match/matching patterns and Music-instruments.
Prayer Warriors:
Mrs. Koenig was absent today due to her husband's hospitalization. He is improving. Prayers for a return to good health would be appreciated. Mrs. Walter, ELP assistant/ASC caregiver, was in to sub. Depending on how things go, Mrs. Dose and Mrs. Walter might be subbing next week too.
