9-11

Welcome back! I hope every family had a relaxing weekend and was able to attend church. Here are some of the activities your child participated in today. Please view the blog together and have a discussion about the pictures and centers available for investigation this week.

New puzzles: locks, latches and hooks

Tearing red napkins, paper and streamers.
Sorting games - fruits and vegetables.
Building with gears and tubes
Large farm equipment.

 Various types of fire trucks.

Derby hats were enjoyed by several friends. Color choices are pink, purple and red.

 Small hammer and toolbox.

Red play doh. It builds hand strength and helps stimulate creative ideas.
In order to develop hand eye coordination and muscle strength the children are learning to tear various types of paper. The color is red and that highlights the color for the month of September.

This is a very simple STEM activity for the young boys and girls, building a train track.
Girls and boys enjoy using the dry erase markers to create works of art.
A good book and a friend. It is so nice to see friendships forming.

In many of these pictures one cane see children sharing toys and playing with each other; already in the school year.

Leis, chef apron/hat and fire hats are available to stimulate imaginary play.

New stainless steel cooking utensils added to the cooking experience.
 Bible story coloring sheet.

 Red car painting.

Blowing bubbles, WHAT FUN!

Creation art work Day 4.

Super day to enjoy the outdoors.

Red objects, apples, and fall leaves available for a variety of activities on the magnetic/ flannel boards.

OUR lightening bugs have various textures on their body and we used our words to describe color and texture.

Books of the day.

A, B, and C letters on the screen.

FINGER PLAY 5  Little Sharks went out to play.

Another Creation book that we read to the class.

I hope you enjoyed viewing our day.
