Jan. Concepts: shape-star, number-6, color-white/black and Story for the week: Wise men visit Jesus.
The day started with puzzles.
Then it was on to play doh.
We traced a star. The star is the shape for the month of January.
Coloring a snowman.
Matching by size.
Arranging snowmen on the magnetic board.
Dot to Dot tracing a star.
New books.
Books of the day.
Exploring new and some old toys in the room.
We enjoyed playing in Ms. Derrington's room. She is the other full day ELP teacher. Her room is down the hall from others.
Patterning hat/snowman/hat.
Matching stars by color.
Practicing coloring- color choices, filling in the space, coloring within the lines.
